Definitions

The "Buyer" means any person, firm or company purchasing goods supplied by Pickwick Paperie Ltd. 

Conditions of Sale

Orders are only accepted subject to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this web site and only relate to the United Kingdom. Acceptance of an order is indicated by the receipt of an acknowledgment email from Pickwick Paperie Ltd. Pickwick Paperie Ltd reserves the right to decline to trade with the Buyer.

Ordering

Orders received and accepted by Pickwick Paperie Ltd before 4 pm will be despatched on the next available working day, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 4pm will be despatched within two days subject to stock availability.

Payment

Payment is made via Paypal, a secure online payment service supporting all major credit cards and debit cards.

Items unavailable for despatch

If an item is out of stock at the point of order the sender will be advised as soon as the order is processed, and will have the option of awaiting stock availability or of selecting an alternative gift.

Prices

Pickwick Paperie Ltd reserve the right, without prior notice, to vary any advertised prices on the web site.

Damage or loss in transit

In the event of non-delivery the Buyer should advise Pickwick Paperie Ltd in writing within 5 days of placing the order. In the event of a shortage the Buyer should advise Pickwick Paperie Ltd in writing within 3 days of receipt of the delivery. If damaged goods are received, Pickwick Paperie Ltd should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If this is not adhered to, it may result in your claim being invalid.

Exclusion of liability

Pickwick Paperie Ltd shall not be under any liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not resulting from the negligence of Pickwick Paperie Ltd or that of Pickwick Paperie Ltd employees, servants or agents, in respect of goods delivered or for any damage or loss resulting from use of goods.

Pickwick Paperie Ltd shall not be under any liability for any damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any of our products.
